2. What data we collect and why
We process only data that is necessary for site operation, communication, service improvement, and lawful business administration.
- Contact and waitlist data: email, optional phone, postcode, and selected product interest.
- Technical data: device/browser metadata, IP-derived diagnostics, and log events required for availability and security.
- Measurement data (with consent): aggregated or pseudonymised usage events to understand site performance.

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to risk, including access controls, logging, transport encryption, and secure operational practices. If a personal data breach is likely to result in risk to rights and freedoms, we notify the competent supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals.
9. Children and sensitive data
Our services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law for digital consent. We do not intentionally collect special category personal data unless a lawful basis and additional safeguards apply.
